Overview
Schedule One Concepts (S1C) is Grammy-winning artist Miguel's lifestyle brand at the intersection of fashion, Web3, and identity. Over a multi-year collaboration, I've led UX and e-commerce strategy from concept through multiple launches — building a premium Shopify storefront around exclusive drops and an NFT-gated creative community.
The Challenge
Miguel wasn't building another artist merch line — S1C needed to support exclusive drops, premium commerce, and a token-gated creative community, all filtered through his own high-taste creative direction. The brand had to feel boutique and exclusive while scaling technically to handle NFT access and traffic spikes from press and social moments.
The Solution
I translated Miguel's vision into a premium storefront built on modular components — product, artist content, and digital perks each scaling independently so the brand could expand creatively without a rebuild. NFT token-gating and community perks were integrated directly into the core UI, with performance prioritized to hold up under press and social-driven traffic spikes.
The Result
S1C launched into a genuine cultural moment — covered by VeeCon and NFT Now as a defining blend of music, lifestyle, and decentralized tech, with product lines since expanding into homeware, jewelry, and tech.
